Private Label and Stock Program

We offer a Full Private Label and Stock Program directed to companies that need to start from scratch and are looking for fully customized clothing. Our company services have been designed to help small and large companies develop their own private label. We are able to offer low minimums for companies that are just starting in private label. We also offer high quality production and a talented design staff. We also will design any style with your specific request.

We are able to start from either of the following options:

Option 1:Technical Specifications Documents including Technical Details of the Fabric, Design and Construction Details, Trim Placements and Specifications, Pattern Assembly Details (including machine requirements), Garment Dimensions per Size, Details of Print/Embroidery designs.

Option 2:Ship to us a physical sample so we can replicate it, from the Fabric, Design and Construction Details, Assembly Details, Dimensions, everything you may require.
Option 3:You also can use any of our existing designs with your label.

Our In-House design studio has the technical and creative ability to bring to life any design you can imagine. Our Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems can create artwork, separate colors, and give you endless options for recoloring your designs. Our team of professionals will work with you to make your ideas a reality and give you a visual sample for you to take to your clients to make a more effective impact. We have also invested in a digital printing machine so you can see your designs on fabric being created in just a few hours.

Screen Engraving Services:
However your artwork is created our experienced team accurately engraves the designs onto rotary screens using the latest engraving technology.
Using the highest quality materials we offer all the usual mesh sizes in widths up to 77.5in and repeat sizes of 25, 32, and 36 inches. Endrings for any type of rotary machine (Stork, Buser, Reggiani, Zimmer, etc) are available.

Printing Services
We prints on wovens, knits, and specialty fabrics made from cotton, poly/cotton blends, Lycra® blends, denim, nylon, and poly/rayon blends. The company’s design staff has the capability to design a variety of print patterns including flora's, ditsy prints, abstracts, plaids, stripes and a variety of conversational patterns.
